A security camera wouldn't pick up on the gouges I would have needed high resolution slow motion video or something crazy like that. At my request, this issue was escalated to the owner, Carey Riley, who stated that I needed to prove that Theo damaged my deck otherwise her decision was final. The payment was to be made directly from one company to another, so I had nothing to gain.Alicia, their service manager, quickly responded that our contractor's estimate was "unreasonable" and declined coverage. His estimate came out to be $1200 ($250 in materials, $950 in labor).
